In 2018, Kim launched an intergenerational movement and conference entitled Woman2Woman where she empowers and motivates women to believe that they are unstoppable, regardless of what has happened in their lives.

Woman2Woman will inspire you to be unstoppable in every area of your life including your: relationships, finances, mind, body, and spirit.

Woman2Woman is a two-day retreat designated to cater to every woman. Women enjoy activities design to connect to the kid inside while engaging in transparent transnational conversations during the day and late into the night. 

Woman2Woman is specifically positioned at year end, after Thanksgiving but before Christmas. This presents every woman with the opportunity to focus on themselves during one of the busiest times of year. Attendees of Woman2Woman leave more grounded, educated and focused on achievable goals for the upcoming year. A staple of this conference is the first night, where women where branded pajamas, creating an atmosphere of solidarity, openness, and relaxation.
