Few natural diamonds are perfect; most of them have inclusions or imperfections. These inclusions are also known as flaws and exist in various forms which can be interior or exterior to the diamond.

Isn’t it interesting that one of the most sought-after jewels is not stigmatized by its deficiencies but rather cherished and desired all the more because of its flaws and all? In fact, it is the flaws that create the colored diamonds making them more valuable.

Humanly speaking, we magnify our flaws, which then creates limitations and categorizations of imperfections- you’re not skinny enough, you’re too big, you’re not educated enough, you’re not corporate enough, you’re inadequate, you’re not good enough, you’re not visible enough, the list goes on and on with the personal attacks.

What if our value increased because of our flaws? Because you were homeless; because you were divorced; because you were adopted- what if your imperfect life made you move valuable to the kingdom of God?

This year’s woman2woman is about our flaws and all. This world has flawed our spiritual, mental, and emotional being, and even still, God says: “All of me, wants all of you.”
